　　A standard PWG series purified water preparation system can produce 1-50 tons of purified water that meets the standards per hour.

　　The principle of the PWG preparation system is to prepare purified water that meets the quality standards of the United States Pharmacopeia USP, European Pharmacopeia EP, and Chinese Pharmacopeia CP, starting from urban water supply and passing through water pretreatment including multi-media filters, activated carbon filters, softeners, and secondary or tertiary RO systems with optional EDI or mixed resin beds.

　　The purified water preparation system is suitable for solvent water, cleaning water or diluent for ordinary drugs in pharmaceutical factories, as well as injection water sources.

　　Working principle

　　Although urban water supply has undergone pre-treatment, it still cannot meet the requirements for pharmaceutical water. Urban water supply still contains a large amount of sediment, suspended solids, soluble substances, colloids, chemical residues, viruses, bacteria, heavy metals, and a large amount of hard ions such as calcium, magnesium, and iron. Therefore, a series of unit operations must be carried out to remove them. The preparation of purified water can be achieved through different unit combinations based on the water quality report of the customer's raw water.
