
A standard VC series hot press distilled water machine can produce 1-30 tons of injection water per hour that meets the quality standards of the United States Pharmacopeia USP, European Pharmacopeia EP, and Chinese Pharmacopeia CP.
The principle of VC is to use industrial steam or electric heating to purify water, producing clean steam, which is compressed and condensed to produce distilled water.
The hot press distilled water machine is currently internationally recognized as the best injection water production equipment.
Suitable for pharmaceutical injections, cell culture, vaccines, and other applications that require high water quality.

1. Since spray covers all areas of the tube wall and shell side of the tube bundle, the water machine is very easy to clean online.
2. Due to the use of steam washing design and the method of reversing steam direction, the water machine has superior ability to remove endotoxins. All endotoxin challenge tests (inlet side greater than>100 EU/ml) have almost undetectable endotoxin levels in the produced water (<0.05 EU/ml), providing a removal capacity of over 3 logs.
3. All components of the water machine are located on the floor for easy maintenance. The compressor and motor are installed at the edge of the bracket for easy maintenance.
4. If the liquid level of the evaporator is lower than that of the horizontal tube bundle, avoid soaking the tube plate in concentrated, unevaporated concentrated water, and minimize corrosion at the joint between the tube bundle and the tube plate.
5. Distilled water condenses on the inside of the heat exchange tube, without causing it to accumulate at the joint between the tube bundle and the tube plate. This complies with the requirement of WFI in GMP for distilled water to flow through the inner side of the heat exchanger tube.
6. The circulating water system ensures a high degree of moisture on the surface of the heat exchange tubes inside the equipment due to the large flow rate exceeding several times that of the inlet water, avoiding the formation of dry spots and minimizing the risk of scaling.
7. Automatic operation, can stop and start according to the WFI tank level signal.
8. Variable frequency production can automatically adjust production capacity based on WFI tank level signals.
9. It is possible to introduce a waste heat recovery system from pharmaceutical factories to heat the incoming water.
