  Working principle

  The purified water or injection water for the storage tank preparation system is transported through a sanitary centrifugal pump via a circulation pipeline to various usage points in the pharmaceutical production line or cleaning station. The water then returns to the storage tank and is cleaned online using a spray ball.

  It is necessary to maintain positive pressure in the system to prevent external air from entering and polluting the water quality.

  It is necessary to maintain the flow rate of the pipeline to ensure that the system is always in a turbulent state, and to flush the inner wall of the pipeline and blind pipes at the 3D location.

  It is necessary to maintain the temperature of the system to prevent the growth of microorganisms and the formation of red rust.

  Regular disinfection is required to prevent excessive microorganisms. Appropriate disinfection methods should be chosen to avoid external factors contaminating the entire system.

  The system design should be able to drain and prevent the formation of stagnant water during shutdown or maintenance, which can breed bacteria or microorganisms.

  The return water flow rate should not be lower than 1m/s, and the return water volume should meet the online cleaning requirements of the inner wall of the storage tank.

  The liquid level of the storage tank should be controlled to prevent cavitation of the centrifugal pump.
