     The Spring Safety Month is approaching. To enhance the safety awareness of the production workers in the workshop and standardize the production operation procedures of pharmaceutical equipment, the Pharmaceutical Equipment (Hebei) Co., Ltd. of Hongtong Medical Group organized all the production workers in the workshop to hold a special safety training session.
I. Core Contents of the Meeting
     1. Policy and System Introduction
The training instructor explained the relevant laws and regulations on safety production in the pharmaceutical industry and the company's safety management regulations, clarified the safety operation standards for each stage of workshop production, and emphasized that workers must strictly abide by the equipment operation procedures and the wearing standards of labor protection equipment, and prevent illegal operations and illegal instructions.
     2. Professional Safety Knowledge Explanation
Based on the process characteristics of pharmaceutical equipment production, key contents such as equipment operation safety, electrical safety, and chemical storage and use safety were explained. For common equipment failure hazards, mechanical injury risks, and fire hazards in the workshop, the causes and preventive measures were analyzed, and methods for identifying safety warning signs in the production site and risk avoidance were guided.
     3. Practical Training on Emergency Response
Carried out practical teaching on emergency response skills, covering the correct use methods of fire-fighting equipment (fire extinguishers, fire hydrants), initial first aid measures for injuries, confirmation of emergency evacuation routes and assembly points, etc. Conducted on-site simulation exercises to allow workers to experience the emergency response process and enhance their ability to deal with emergencies.
     4. Case Analysis and Experience Sharing
By analyzing typical safety production accident cases in the pharmaceutical industry, the process, causes, and serious consequences of the accidents were explained, warning workers to always keep safety on high alert. Invited safety role models in the workshop to share their safety operation experience and hazard detection skills, promoting the improvement of all staff's safety skills.
II. Meeting Outcomes
     1. All participants in the training session systematically mastered the safety knowledge and operation skills related to pharmaceutical equipment production, and their safety prevention awareness and emergency response capabilities were significantly enhanced.
     2. The safety responsibilities of production positions were further clarified, and the safety concept of "safety first, prevention first, and comprehensive management" was strengthened.
     3. Workers' reasonable suggestions regarding workshop safety management and equipment protection optimization were collected, providing a reference for the subsequent improvement of the safety production management system.
III. Requirements for Follow-up Work
     1. Each team organized a second learning session to ensure that the training content was fully absorbed by all staff. The company will organize a safety knowledge assessment, and those who fail the assessment need to retake the training.
     2. Increase the daily safety inspection intensity in the workshop, urge workers to apply the training knowledge to actual production, and promptly identify and rectify safety hazards.
     3. Establish a long-term safety training mechanism, conduct targeted training regularly, and continuously consolidate the safety foundation of the workshop.
